I.- Users;

Use of the Website requires the user’s express acceptance of each and every clause indicated in this Legal Notice, as well as each of the specific warnings or clauses established for contracting certain services, products or use of areas of the Website.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Fundación San Telmo reserves the right to deny access to the Website at any time and without prior notice to users who fail to comply with these general conditions, or the specific conditions that may apply to them in each case.

THE SAN TELMO FOUNDATION may interrupt the service of the Website being used by the user and immediately terminate the relationship with the user if it detects a use of the Website or any of the services offered therein that it may consider contrary to what is expressed in this Legal Notice

V.- Hyperlinks;

THE SAN TELMO FOUNDATION recommends carefully reading the terms of use and privacy policy of these sites.

If you are interested in activating a link to any of the pages of THE SAN TELMO FOUNDATION, you must notify it and obtain express consent

to create the link. THE SAN TELMO FOUNDATION reserves the right to object to the activation of links to its website.

V.1.- Individuals or entities that intend to create or create a hyperlink from a web page of another internet portal to any of the pages of the San Telmo Foundation portal must comply with the following conditions:

Reproduction, either in whole or in part, of any of the services or contents of the San Telmo Foundation Portal is not permitted.
No false, inaccurate or incorrect statements about the San Telmo Foundation Portal pages or about its services or content will be included.

Fundación San Telmo assumes no responsibility whatsoever, either indirectly or subsidiarily, for any damages of any kind that may arise from the access, maintenance, use, quality, legality, reliability and usefulness of the content, information, communications, opinions, statements, products and services existing or offered on websites not managed by Fundación San Telmo and that are accessible through the Fundación San Telmo Portal.

VI.- Exclusion of warranties and liability;

The San Telmo Foundation does not provide any guarantee nor is it responsible, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise from:

The lack of availability, maintenance and effective operation of the Website and/or its services or content.
The lack of usefulness, suitability or validity of the Website and/or its services or content to satisfy specific needs, activities or results or expectations of users.
The existence of viruses, malware, or harmful programs in the content.

The entirety of this Website: text, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, color schemes, as well as the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its contents, is protected by the laws on Intellectual and Industrial Property, and its reproduction, distribution, public communication, retransmission, copying, transfer, redistribution and transformation, in whole or in part, of the information contained on the Website, whatever its purpose and the means used for it, is prohibited without the prior authorization of THE SAN TELMO FOUNDATION

THE SAN TELMO FOUNDATION does not guarantee that the content is accurate or error-free, or that its free use by the user will not infringe the rights of third parties. The user is responsible for the proper or improper use of this website and its content.

The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the content provided by third parties is the sole responsibility of the third parties themselves.

X.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction;

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

The San Telmo Foundation and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the user’s domicile for any matters that may arise or actions that may be brought relating to the provision of the Website service and its services and content, and regarding the interpretation, application, compliance, or breach of the provisions herein. If the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the San Telmo Foundation and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Spain.
